• Dec 25 – Jan 5 : Cancellation submitted less than 31 days before arrival date will incur full deposit charge. No show will incur full deposit charge and no refund.
• Nov 1 – May 1 : Cancellation submitted less than 14 days before arrival date will incur full deposit charge. No show will incur full deposit charge and no refund.
• May 2 – Oct 31 : Cancellation submitted less than 3 days before arrival date will incur first night charge. No show will incur full deposit charge and no refund.

• No charge for child under 10 years old occupying same room as parents (Without extra bed).
